Ready to Inspire New Learning? The UniPID Virtual Studies 2027 Call is Open!

UniPID Virtual Studies is once again inviting teachers and lecturers from member universities to submit course proposals for inclusion in the programme. Whether you are interested in proposing a new UniPID course or renewing an existing one, we encourage you to apply! The call is open from 5 October to 30 November 2026.

UniPID invites teachers and lecturers from member universities to submit proposals for courses to be included in the UniPID Virtual Studies Programme. If you are teaching or developing a course that addresses global development, sustainability, global responsibility or related global challenges, this is an excellent opportunitity to contribute to a multidisciplinary learning environment reaching students across the UniPID network.

The UniPID Virtual Studies Programme brings together online courses from UniPID member universities. It offers students access to expertise from across Finland while promoting perspectives from the Global South and fostering interdisciplinary learning on sustainable development. Applicants are encouraged to explore innovative pedagogical approaches and opportunities for collaboration that enrich students' understanding of global development and sustainability issues.

By contributing a course to the programme, you can:

• Share your expertise with students from across UniPID member universities
• Contribute to education on global development, sustainability and global responsibility,
• Engage with a network of teachers and experts working with similar themes
• Strengthen interdisciplinary and university collaboration
• Create opportunities for students to engage with diverse perspectives and global challenges

The Virtual Studies Programme supports UniPID's mission of strengthening global responsibility and Global South perspectives in higher education through high-quality, collaborative learning opportunities.
