UniPID invites qualified candidates to submit tenders to perform an external assessment of the FinCEAL Initiative.

The objectives of this assessment are to evaluate the achievements of the FinCEAL Initiative against its objectives and to assess its contribution to enhancing research and innovation cooperation with the target regions: Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean. The intended users and stakeholders of the assessment are the Ministry of Education and Culture (the funding agency), the UniPID network and its governing Board, the FinCEAL Plus Steering Committee and the broader scientific and science policy community. It is expected that the assessment will comprise the duration of the initiative (3 project periods since 2013 up to 2018).

If you are interested in the contract, please submit a brief tender that comprises the following information:

• A short description of your proposed methodology for the evaluation,
• An indication of what can be achieved with the given budgetary framework,
• An indicative plan / timeframe in accordance with the indicative timetable in the ToR.
