BRIDGES Targeted Travel Grant Call for ENRICH in Brazil Matchmaking and Innovation Tour in September 2019

FinCEAL+ BRIDGES LAC has opened a Targeted Travel Grant Call to support the participation of 1-3 senior level biotechnology or renewable energy experts from Finnish universities, universities of applied sciences or research institutions interested in attending the ENRICH in Brazil Matchmaking & Innovation Tour to Curitiba and Foz do Iguacu on 23-27 September 2019. Application deadline has been extended to 14th June!

Information on the Tour

The Tour is a unique networking opportunity for European organizations operating in the area of Biotechnology, Renewable Energies and technologies applied to these sectors (ICT). The ANPEI Conference 2019 is part of the programme. The Matchmaking and Innovation Tour is organized by ENRICH, an initiative of the European Union, executed in Brazil by the CEBRABIC project funded from the Horizon 2020 programme.

During the Tour you will be able to:

• Establish contacts & increase your network

• Find research and technology collaboration partners from Brazil

• Internationalize your research and business ideas, products and services to Brazil

• Increase technological cooperation capacities towards Brazilian market

Information on the Grant Call

The call is directed to senior level experts representing Finnish universities, universities of applied sciences or research institutes. Interested researchers should send a short application letter with the following information:

• Why you are interested in participating in the event?

• How do the focus areas of the tour event relate to your work? Please include a CV or link to your online profile.

• What are your objectives for attending the Tour?

• How do you expect the Tour to benefit your existing or future cooperation efforts with Brazilian (and European) institutions?

FinCEAL+ BRIDGES will award 1-3 Grants. The maximum individual grants are between 1700€-1800€ depending on departure city in Finland. The Grant can be used to cover travel and accommodation costs, registration fee and/or daily allowances. Costs exceeding the grant should be covered by the home institution of the grantee. The extended deadline for grant applications is 14th June.
