Welcome to Infobank
Welcome to UniPID Infobank, your multidisciplinary expert and project search engine!
Have you been looking for just that right researcher to partner with for your work related to Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean? Infobank is your search engine for finding profiles and projects of researchers based in Finnish higher education institutions. The purpose of the Infobank is to facilitate knowledge exchange, communication, and cooperation opportunities between researchers focusing on these regions in Finland, Finnish ministries and embassies, as well as potential partners abroad. More than 291 researchers' profiles as well as 324 research and capacity building projects carried out by them in those areas.
As a researcher, you can also create your own profile and include your research projects, capacity building and development projects in this database. This will help other users and potential partners to collaborate with you.
Infobank is really easy to use! Just simply search for projects or people through different criteria (e.g., theme/topic, key words, institution, or focus country).
In addition, Infobank is used as the tool for members of the Finnish Development Research Doctoral Network (UniPID DocNet) to engage with other scholars doing research on development issues.DocNet is a membership-based network for doctoral researchers and interested supervisors from UniPID member universities, which aims to support the interdisciplinary training and networking of doctoral candidates in development research.
