Research summary
Specific objectives are aimed at promoting the quality of Chilean seafood products destined for export through authenticity and traceability protocols that would boost the credibility and confidence of foreign destination countries. In addition, we want to allow authorities to control more effectively traceability as the species identification, geographical origin and authentication of seafood products, and the labeling of the
products available in Chilean market, whether
from domestic or imported origin.
