FinCEAL organized a Tailored training on Opportunities in Social Sciences and Humanities Research in International Cooperation in Horizon 2020.

FinCEAL organized a Tailored training on Opportunities in Social Sciences and Humanities Research in International Cooperation in Horizon 2020. The workshop was held on 3rd March in Helsinki. The event gathered together almost 30 participants form Social Sciences and Humanities from different Universities, Universities of Applied Sciences, Research institutions and other organizations. The training was given by Ms. Mireille Van Der Graaf, a Consultant from Welcomeurope.

The purpose of the training was to:
Equip participants with knowledge on the general structure of H2020 and the role of social sciences and humanities;
Disseminate information on relevant H2020 calls that offer opportunities with Africa or Latin America and the Caribbean and
Equip participants with practical knowledge on how to form consortia, identify calls and write applications.
