FinCEAL Horizon 2020 Training: Opportunities in Social Sciences and Humanities Research in International Cooperation, March 3rd 2014
FinCEAL (Developing Finnish Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation between Europe, Africa and the LAC Region) is organizing a tailor made Horizon 2020 Training on Opportunities in Social Sciences and Humanities Research in International Cooperation. The training is targeting Researchers from the field of Social Sciences and Humanities with a keen interest in applying for H2020 funding for projects with African or/and Latin American and Caribbean partners.

The purpose of the training workshop is to:
- Provide information on the general structure of H2020 and the role of social sciences and humanities in the program
- Disseminate information on relevant calls within the H2020 offering cooperation opportunities with Africa or Latin America and the Caribbean
- Provide practical knowledge on how to form consortia, identify calls and write an application

The training is a part of a series of workshops organized by the FinCEAL project that aims to support and strengthen research partnership between the Finnish research community working with Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean with the regions.
