The overall aim of the INDOPED project is to raise the teaching capacity of Indonesian University teachers that they will be enabled to bring the Higher Education to the European standard. The benefit of the INDOPED project for the Indonesian partners is to bring added value to their educational system, to introduce Indonesian lecturers to interdisciplinary pedagogical approaches that innovation becomes an integrated term in all of their doings. It will allow to prepare their students for the challenges on the labour market and to increase interfaculty and interuniversity cooperation possibilities that are not widely used in Indonesia.

Eritrea Learning for All (ELFA) is a Higher Education Institutional Cooperation programme between Eritrea Institute of Technology (EIT) and the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. The overall objective of ELFA is to enable EIT personnel develop their educational professional capacity in educational leadership and management, teacher education and pedagogy, learning related research methodology, use of ICT in education, literacy and numeracy learning, inclusive education and special needs education with a focus on learning difficulties. In collaboration with Finnish experts the EIT participants will design and pilot assessment tools and pedagogical programmes applied to the Eritrean context.

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the human and infrastructure capacity of EIT to create and distribute electronic learning resources and services that are pedagogically sound and locally relevant, so that the EIT can take an active and informed role in the use of ICTs to address the Eritrean development and education priorities.
