Regional development cooperation project between FMI and Uzhydromet together with WMO Regional Training Centre (RTC) in Tashkent to support the development of Central Asia National Meteorological Services. The main purpose of the Project is to increase capacity of Uzhydromet and other National Meteorological and Hydrological Services in Central Asia to produce sustainable and end-user driven public and private services.

The Project Purpose was the increased capacity of the National Hydro-Meteorological Service in the reduction of natural disaster risks and adaptation to climate change of the Vietnamese society.

The Nepal PPCR Project Development Objective is to enhance government capacity to mitigate climate-related hazards by improving the accuracy and timeliness of weather and flood forecasts and warnings for climate-vulnerable communities, as well as developing agricultural management information system services to help farmers mitigate climate-related production risks.
