Semester plan

Please provide a preliminary plan indicating the semesters in which you would like to offer the course as part of the UniPID curriculum. A signed contract requires the course to be taught during three semesters by default, ideally spread across three different academic years (please note that courses that can be offered without funding may be offered during a single academic year). For example, your plan might propose offering the course in Spring 2028, Spring 2029, and Spring 2030. NOTE: The course must first be offered in the 2027-2028 academic year.

Preliminary budget and budget justification

Please provide here a preliminary budget and budget justification describing how the requested UniPID funding will be used and how the proposed activities contribute to the development, implementation and/or improvement of the course.

Please mention the person at your home institution (e.g. heads of degree programme/faculty) with whom you have discussed the possibility of including the course in the curriculum if the proposal is selected. Please provide their position and email address. For updated courses, please mention the person with whom you discussed the possibility of offering the course again through UniPID.

To ensure the administrative feasibility of including a new course, UniPID may reach out to the contact person either before or after making the final decision on funded courses.

UniPID Funding can be granted only for the courses that are added to the member university's curriculum/syllabus (or Open University).
